The Fine Print

At Pacific Mist we believe in transparency and simplicity. We charge $65 per area for carpet cleaning for areas up to 200 sqft. We will NOT charge you extra if the area is slightly larger. We know that most likely other carpeted areas we have cleaned and charged you for may be smaller. We have found that it balances out throughout the carpet cleaning job we do in your home. Carpeted areas above 200 sqft will be charged as an additional area.

Minimum Service Charge

Pacific Mist Carpet Cleaning minimum service charge of $195 (3 areas). If you have only 2 areas to clean we offer other home services such as tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning or upholstery Scotchgarding which may be subsisted for the third area. Several time a year we run promotions. These are promotions will NOT apply to minimum service charge jobs. Our minimum is our minimum.
