Highly recommended!!! While you could probably hire a cheaper company, you won't be sorry if you hire Ed from Pacific Mist. His prices are reasonable and fair, and the service is worth every penny. I had another company (franchise) try to clean the stained wool carpets in the condo I was trying to sell, with no real improvement. Ed was able to come in and get them looking almost new, saving me hundreds in replacement costs. He is friendly, prompt, and works very, very hard, with amazing attention to detail.

Pacific Mist did a truly amazing job cleaning our carpets today. I thought we were going to need new carpets, but nope - Pacific Mist has them looking almost new again. And some of the dirt was really ground in there. We were surprised how quick and easy the whole process was.
On top of an actual great job, they are also very professional, courteous, and prompt.

Ed's a class act. He showed up on time, charged me exactly what he quoted, and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. The results were amazing: the carpet looks virtually new. I have to say the Rotovac is an incredible machine, it does a far better job that any rental or wand I've seen. The carpets look remarkably better.
